SHIPPING RATES AND DELIVERY INFORMATION

Worldwide Delivery rate is $11.70 US.  This is delivery outside of Europe.  Normally delivered within 3-7 business days.

Euro Delivery rate is $9.75 US.  Delivery anywhere in Europe.  Normally delivered within 2-5 business days.

The prices quoted above are per order and NOT per item.  Order as many items as you like and pay the same postage rate. 

Delivery times vary depending on what time the order is received.  We aim to dispatch all order within 1 business day.  Please see above for approximate delivery times.

RETURNS AND CUSTOMER SERVICE POLICY

We operate a 100% satisfaction guarantee policy which means that if you are not happy with any products bought from this website, you may return them to us within 14 days of purchase for a refund or exchange provided that the products are returned to us in their original condition and carefully packaged.  We will not accept returns for underwear, swimwear, prescription / custom made lenses, headphones or jewellery.  We also do not offer refunds on sale items.

All products from our website are guaranteed for 12 months from the date of purchase.  If a product proves to be faulty within that period you may return it to us for a refund or exchange unless a manufacturer's guarantee has been issued, then you will need to contact the manufacturer.
